ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using this website or requesting an estimate from Decorating Elves, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
AGE RESTRICTION
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website, request an estimate, or consent to receive text messages from us. By using this site, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly send text messages to anyone under 18.
OUR SERVICES
Decorating Elves provides holiday, Christmas, and outdoor landscape lighting design, installation, and related services in Tampa Bay, Florida. Requesting an estimate through this site does not create a contract for work.
ESTIMATES AND PRICING
Estimates are free and are not binding until both parties sign a written agreement. Any price ranges shown on this site or sent in messages are general guidance only. Final pricing depends on an in-person assessment of your property.
SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION
We will confirm your estimate appointment by text, email, or phone. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to provide accurate contact information and to allow safe access to the property for the scheduled estimate. You confirm you are authorized to request work on the property.
SMS AND TEXT MESSAGING PROGRAM
Program description
Decorating Elves sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who have requested a lighting estimate and given express written consent. Messages include estimate confirmations, appointment scheduling and reminders, follow-up about your project, and occasional service offers.
How to opt in
You opt in by checking the SMS consent boxes on our estimate request form and submitting the form with your mobile number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity. Most customers receive between 2 and 6 messages related to an estimate.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. Decorating Elves does not charge for these messages.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. To opt back in, reply START.

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us through our contact page or call (727) 474-2628.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We will not sell or share your mobile information or SMS consent with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Supported carriers
Message delivery is supported on major US carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carrier support may change.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site, including photos of completed work, is owned by Decorating Elves and may not be reproduced without permission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
This website and its content are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Decorating Elves is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this site.
